Best Bargain Bin should close their door permanently. Most of items sell belong in dumpster broken pieces or not even working at all. Owners don't seem care about customer anymore post misleading videos of products that never offered for sale inside store. Have huge pile of Legos on back shelf that was told owner sell on eBay for profit lol

Hello, Best Bargain Bin shoppers and potential customers. I have been visiting this establishment since it opened and can safely say it has progressively gotten worse for the consumer experience. Let's talk about a couple points I have experienced over my visits.STORE PRESENTATIONIt feels like there is no attention to store cleanliness or consumer appeal. The floors, walls, and bins are filthy and I don't think they have been cleaned in quite some time. The design of the store also feels very quickly put together and tacky. After the longest time they still use tapestry to separate employee and customer areas. With the "VIP" items, there is almost no organization or presentation of what's supposed to be better quality than the bin items. The lighting can also be taxing to the eyes if in the environment for a decent amount of time. There just needs to be some serious work put into the presentation of the store.ITEMSIn the beginning of the bin business model, they had a pleasant variety of products to offer. Clothes, household essentials, shelves, toys, etc. Along with this, they were constantly "restocking" the bins on the weekends. This was great, it felt like there was a purpose to go back and explore what could be found, but that's nowhere to be found now. They only do one restock after the big one, and the items displayed are no different then what already plague the bins. With that, there's also too many items that aren't even worth the $10 price on restock day. Since the items are also from liquidation pallets, anything of worth is likely broken, or borderline unusable. There is also a uneven distribution of clothes/useless household items to actual decent product.THE "PREMIUM" ITEMSI used to see quite a few premium products such as Lego inside of the bins on restock days. Things that are actually worth the price point and I would pick up. But over the past couple months the big Lego items have disappeared from the consumer eye and started being gathered in the back. They sit there and collect dust, so why keep them back there? Why not sell them? I don't have a definitive answer, but I've heard echoes that they are selling them on ebay. This kind of thing is understandable, the owners can do whatever they want with there items. But it comes at the expense of the consumer trust.DECEPTIVE MARKETINGOn there Facebook page they are very active about there product selection. But I feel as if the things they boast to have are almost non-existent. An example is they displayed a Megablocks Xbox 360 set in the bins during a preview video, but it was nowhere to be found when I was in the store searching for it, it also wasn't present in any images posted of people and there finds later. Which leads me to believe they used it for marketing and didn't sell it. They also highlight things like laptops, phones, headphones and more but still nowhere to be found. I've also personally found on occasion the prices of non-bin items can be changed whenever they desire to benefit and make more money. Overall, it just leads to lost in trust of the consumer. I can say for myself, I definitely don't trust the business anymore and think twice about visiting.THE PEOPLENow, I know that this is out of control of the store really, but the people who go there during busy hours are some of the most disrespectful individuals you will come in contact with. They will push, shove, grab, and insult you if you are in there way. The store makes attempts at defusing this behavior, but fails. Also the employees. Some of the employees in the early days were chill and down to earth people who would treat the customer with kindness and have a conversation with you. Even the higher ups had a positive demeanor. But recently, the current employees seem to largely lack respect for the customer and some things that are said/done come off as disrespectful. Again, losing trust in the consumer.Overall, I think the store had a strong start to the bin model, but it has progressivel

Would've been 5 stars, but we made a special trip right before Christmas and expected restocks as listed on the website. We were also told they'd be restocking the next day but employees Friday. Drove an hour and they didn't even restock as promised for Saturdays..

My sister and I had fun shopping here. Except for a few $1 and $2 tables all others were $10 for anything on the tables. It was like a treasure hunt. Every hour, they had a raffle, and 4 surprise tables were brought out covered. People lined the aisle waiting and when it was time to reveal covers were pulled off and you go for all the deals. We shopped a few hours here. Great deals.

This place started out as a fun store. Always something new and good stuff. They changed their procedures and have new items every 2 hrs on the first day, really just the same items . All it has done is creating a junky store. A lot of the Amazon stuff is broken, be careful when you buy. Not such a bargain any more.
