I recently switched to T Mobile from another phone/internet provider. Garrett C. went above and beyond to make the transition easier for me. I highly recommend the caring and supportive staff at the Forsyth, IL location. Switching to T Mobile has been a great decision!

About two hours ago when logged into my account to make a payment, I noticed an outstanding amount of $404 for a home internet modem I had previous tried to returned. I made several attempts to return it on three separate occasions but every time I called 611 I was told I had to return to the store I purchased it from and when I’d go to the store to return it, I was told to call 611 which made me feel like I was getting nowhere. So, I decided to call one more time to 611 and I was told return it to the store I bought it from since that’s where the initial payment was made. However, that particular store on Ash ave was closed and so, I decided to go to the one in Forsyth. Upon entering, my boyfriend and I were greeted with a warm welcome and directed to an associate called Boe who resolve the issue within 5mins. If I was to describe him in 3 words they would be patient, understanding and great problem-solving skills. From this experience, I can say if I had a problem I know now who to ask for.

The staff was excellent and gained a lifetime customer!! I came in on a Saturday morning with a issue from another t mobile and received outstanding customer service from the store manager!!

Great service and an awesome job of accommodating me since my regular office was closed. I got no notice from them. Customer Service Rep. Was great and answered all my questions and helped me save money on my bill. Every lil bit helps.

I warn everyone to stay away from TMobile. They charged almost $1500.00 for a phone that actually cost $1000.00. My fault for trusting them and not being careful what I was signing. Suggest everyone go to Verizon.

We're relatively mew customers just a 14 months with T-Mobile. And it was a rocky start. With everyone telling us something different from store staff and customer service over the phone. Fast forward to last week. I went to the store where I was greeted by a new person whom I informed I want to upgrade 3 of my 5 lines. He didn't know anything and went into the backroom to get answers since he obviously hadn't been trained. The store didn't have on hand the items I was interested in and stated it would have to be ordered. The staff clearly didn't care to provide the level of service needed to help me. I went to Verizon where they were extremely helpful and has provided me with the high-end devices I was looking for. T-Mobile customer service is key!

The experience Was amazing, We worked with the store manager Emmitt and Bradley. I’m newly primary caretaker for my grandmother who has dementia and can sometimes be very difficult to work with especially with new technology and understanding it. They understood my situation and Emmitt even mentioned he also helps his grandfather with dialysis, they made sure to thoroughly explain whilst making it easy for my grandmother and I to understand! I will ALWAYS go to Emmitt’s Store!

Denied service due to no mask. First time ever in Decatur. Just lost a long-time customer. My reason for not wearing one isn't anyone's business but my own.
