“I use the Sam's app and do the "Scan & Go". Best thing EVER! You scan the items as you put them in your cart, make one final count of items when ready to pay, slide your finger to pay and you out of there. It is wonderful! You know exactly what the cost is as you go and no standing in line, taking your items out at the checkout and reloading them. You can even use the Scan & Go at the Sam's gas pump! Fantastic app!!!”

“I had lost a prescription and was desperate to get it filled again, however, the pharmacy was unable to get an early refill override. I had to pay for the medication out of pocket. They told me that after using a discount the medicine would still be expensive. I asked them to go ahead and fill it. When I went to pick it up it was less that $100. Bill and Jamie found a better discount which brought the cost down considerably lower. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I cannot thank them enough.”

“My boyfriend and I visited today because we were selling a vehicle to a private party and they wanted some of the paperwork notarized and Google told us we'd find a notary there. Being a Sunday, there wasn't a notary available. To make matters more complicated, the private party didn't speak English. So the store manager, Ellen had an associate, Rachel, in the store that speaks Spanish translate everything we had been trying to communicate to the buyer and everything the buyer was trying to communicate to us and everything worked out great. They definitely went above and beyond for us and I for one am incredibly grateful and happy to know there are still people out there that are willing to go the extra mile when someone needs help.”

“In my opinion, Kroger is the best place to shop for groceries. Lots of sales, coupons, & even a freebie now & then. You get points for shopping there, which turn into money off your gas expenses (up to a dollar off each gallon). They've been super helpful with prices in this recession/inflation. Most employees are excellent, and they will always make it right!”

“I would just like to call out the Store Manager at the Brettwood Village location for going above and beyond in a difficult situation. We had ordered a cake to be ready at 9am and come to find out it was never made. The employee in the deli tried to help find it but ultimately called the Store Manager to assist. The Manager called other local Krogers to see if they could accommodate making the cake we ordered with no luck. She still didn't give up, your amazing Manager iced a cake herself and made sure my 7 year old got a marble whippy cake as requested. While not the cake we ordered, she did everything possible to fix this for us and we are very grateful to her for doing everything possible to fix this in a short amount of time. We never shop at this Kroger but you definitely just gained a life long customer! The cake looked beautiful and was made with love and that's all that mattered!”

“I am leaving this review after having an awful experience at another walgreens pharmacy in town. I realized I need to leave one for my regular pharmacy. They are kind and patient. They explain to me if something is delayed and you can count on them to keep their word and know what is going on. I'm always asked if I have questions for the pharmacist. Things I didn't truly think about until I had a different experience at a different store.”

“Well, I believe this should be the lowest priced gas in town. Any town. We have to pay for membership and yet I have witnessed individuals without a membership get gas. SOOOO. Drop the membership or restrict the use. Proof for paying for gas.”
