“Wasn't sure when I pulled up...but then Ace was beyond helpful telling me what I needed to do. He could have easily taken advantage of my issue by changing the oil for $100+, but instead said he would just add oil for $20 and even gave me a recommendation of where to take my son's truck to address the oil burning issue. “I had my tires rebalanced here after getting them installed at another Walmart in a different location. The previous location had my balance thrown way off and caused a lot a vibrations over 35 mph. I brought my vehicle in and technicians Christina and Cooley checked the static balance on my wheels, stripped them of the previous weights and rebalanced them from the beginning. “Had tpms on a few tires stop working. Walmart installed the 1st sensor on the wrong tire. They installed a 2nd one for no charge. I brought my car back to the auto care at Walmart 2 days later as the tech was unfamiliar with this process. Another tech fixed it.”

“I pulled in with my car covered in snow and slush. My tire pressure light was on, so they checked all my tires, added air to the one that was low. Then they added 1 1/2 quarter of oil to my oil burning engine. I felt terrible for messing up their floor but they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I plan on going back when I need my next oil change.”
