I am very disappointed to say that I was highly disappointed with my visit today. The two people working were in the area next to the T-shirts on the wall. I looked at the T-shirts for about 15 minutes. I even looked over at the workers multiple times. They just stood there talking. We made eye contact. Usually a worker walks over and asks if I need help. They acted like they didn't care. I was planning on buying well over $200 in items. I was wanting to get a few Baja sweaters and a couple T-shirts. I don't live in Decatur anymore so my trips to Off The Wall must count for something. Yes I could have gone and said something but the two workers acted like they didn't even want to bother with customers. I left and went to the Spirit Halloween instead . Where I did spend over $250. I will not return to Off The Wall. I am done going to Hickory Point Mall.

Off the Wall is a nice change of pace for styles that you're not going to find anywhere else in a mall or standard clothing store. I can find all sorts of band tshirts, hippy trippy styles and skater styles. Lots of darker colors too. You can find so many tapestries, huge options for incents, plugs and jewlery. I've gotten a few beautiful dreamcatchers and NSFW worded items here too (even more adult options in the store in champaign il)... I've never had an issue with the workers, but I also understand the lack of people wanting to work and available workers on one shift. Give people a chance! The prices feel a little steep at times, but its worth having a place to shop that isn't like everywhere else, especially if you're not into what "everyone else is wearing" styles. This is by far my favorite place to shop as an adult.

We got excellent service from a very kind young man who was really Pleasant to speak with and knew his products there. I was very impressed with that. He told us the new band shirts come through he likes to investigate who the bands are and figure out what kind of music they are so he has more know how about the company's products and also so he can sport new band t shirts himself. I thought that was super cool.

This place is like a oasis of happiness ? Stop in buy a flag, or better yet get a comfortable authentic blanket. They have rare cool action figures and car's. Stuff for all ages... Check it out ?
