“I would like to share my experience at the Forsyth, IL location of Best Buy on March 7th, 2024.I had an appointment scheduled with Geek Squad and was running behind schedule, but they allowed me to keep my appointment and began working on a laptop vital to my small business.Ethan took charge and was pretty sure that we were going to have to send my laptop off for repair or replacement meaning I would likely lose many important files, but he insisted we try the reinstallation of several drivers that the manufacturer had failed to install. He installed them, saved incredibly important data, and set up a system that backed up my files automatically. His customer service and approachability were simply excellent. I will be recommending anyone I know to find Ethan at the Best Buy in Forsyth when they run into issues with electronics.I wouldn't normally write such an exhaustive review but Ethan saved so much of my data that this is the least I could do.”
