Words can' t explain the OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE we experienced at TCC Verizon in Hickory Point Mall, Forsyth Illinois! (INSIDE- Hickory Point Mall , next to Auntie Anne's) A shout out to Trevor Morrison - Sales Manager, Drew Mendenall - Sales Associate, Brandon Sliney - Sales Associate!! These gentlemen are professionals, very informative, knowledgeable!! If anyone is needing a new phone or upgrade, my husband and I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!

Waited in "check-in" line for 30 minutes while watching several people walk in the store and walk straight up to the desk and receive help. Numerous workers being occupied by one problem while 10 people are waiting in line to be helped. This system needs some work. I advise finding another location to get help with your Verizon problems. Or be prepared for extreme frustration. I have no problem with waiting, but have an issue with a system to "check-in" but then as you're waiting, several people can just jump in front of you. Why have a system at all if you are not going to recognize it?

Trevor is such a great help. He's informative in helping older ppl and idiots understand their new phones. The Verizon store (inside) the mall isn't as convenient as the one located by the mall...but worth having to trek through other stores to get to it.

I highly recommend going to this store! I had the pleasure of working with Trevor. He made the process of buying a phone painless!!! As I was getting setup, I was able to experience many different interactions between Trevor and his customers. His knowledge of the products and services is top notch, and the positivity he exudes is something you don't see everyday. I'll definitely be back for an upgrade!!!

I was able to get my iPhone 14 pro ordered with Drew! He was incredibly helpful, worked quickly to get me my new phone, and explained everything about my new plan in great detail. I probably wouldn’t have even gotten a new phone without his help, let alone all of the goodies included with my purchase and trade in. If you need a new phone or a new phone plan without any hassle, Drew is your guy!

Drew did an excellent job setting up my family plan, He even called and welcomed me to the verizon family! If your ever in need of new service or pruducts I highly recommend talking to Drew Mendenall at the Hickory Point Mall in Forsyth.
