I usually like shopping at this Dollar General but today was a horrible experience. I asked for something specific that I said I thought was usually with the fall candy. I explain that on the app it let me add it to my cart but the employee said " Well that doesn't mean it's even in our store." The employee could barely stop telling her personal story to another employee. I went to look for it on my own and while I was looking for them the same employee a couple of minutes later came stomping over shoving them in my face and yelling at me that she found them on an end cap not with the fall candy. I asked her if she could show me where she found them but she stomped away and wouldn't but continued to yell at me the entire time she was stopping across the back wall and up to the registers. I again somewhat yelled if she could help me find them but she refused to talk to me. I'm sorry - just because they weren't exactly where I thought they might be doesn't mean you had to get rude.

The store manager, Sheila has very poor customer service. Came in there to buy a drink before I started working before I even announced who I was and who I work for, she completely went off on myself and my friend. At the time we were just paying customers. She's very rude and unprofessional. There were other customers in the store as she was screaming and cussing at us. Highly recommend different management, also she is probably the reason they can't keep employees after how I saw her act yesterday. I tried to talk to her calm but that just made her more angry.

This place in our community is great, so easy to pick up things you forget and be so close to home. I really want to know why the personal is always changing. Also the store is over crowded with things in the isles .
