“After being involved in an accident I needed to replace my vehicle. Where as other dealerships and salesmen tried to pressure me into buying something I didn't want, or didn't listen to what I was looking to buy, Brendon M. was attentive and willing to work with me. We showed up about an hour before close on a Friday, he stayed while we test drove vehicles and helped me look at other locations to find vehicles that fit my criteria. Even after I found the vehicle I wanted, there was an issue with my pre-approved Financing. “Went to put on new tires I had ordered since at my last oil change at another business they told me my tires were getting bad. The mechanic, Arnold had my tires off and took me out to show me that I had over 50% tread left on my tires. He said to wait at least till winter to put on new. He rotated my tires and remounted them. Honesty is a trait that is greatly appreciated. I would recommend that type of service to anyone.Services: Tires”
“If I could give more than five stars, I would!! We chose Haldane after a recent fender bender. The other driver was at fault. Shellie and TJ did such an amazing job explaining the process of everything and answering all of our questions. To say the adjuster from the other insurance company was difficult would be an understatement. Shellie and TJ worked so hard to fight for us when the adjuster was trying to “low ball” us and delay everything. Even when there was a huge mistake made by the adjuster when it came to the check, they were going to make sure we were back in our vehicle no matter what. And the repair job and detail work was phenomenal!! The car looks brand new. Thanks so much Haldane Custom!!”
