I needed a dumpster on a Wednesday I called the Friday before to schedule had to fill out waiver and said someone would call they never did. I was waiting on Wednesday and it never showed I called another business instead got it that day zero stars for lrs

As clean as a dump can be. Pretty easy to drive through scales dump and go. Price has gone up since I was last here. It was 80 for up to 1 or 2 tons can't remember. They now require you to wear a hard hat and safety vest, so bring your own. Also enter through the Harlem road which is allot better than the Cicero road.

I was told our dumpster would be replaced in 4 to 5 days. I called many times because Squirrels and rats are running in and out of the dumpster. A week later Lakeshore called me asking me if it was replaced? I said I'm at work, you don't know. Over a week and this is the service you get on the South side. If you live on the South side. This is not the company for you. They don't Care..

I highly recommend using LRS. They have given me impeccable service for years. I just had my first small issue and their response to the situation was amazing. After hours phone support followed by a resolution the next day. Bill K, Michelle G, and Janice L were all present making sure everything was taken care of and they pride themselves on COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I really wanted to treat them to a lunch to show my appreciation yet they refused reminding me it's their job. I was blown away. Thank you all!
