On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam. Wes was also our associate last time.Unbelievably friendly and helpful, Wes welcomed us as if we were old friends. We normally come in with something in mind, but today Wes talked to us about some new choices - which I'm very happy with. (no pressure at all either)I suffer from nerve pain and CBD indeed helps out a LOT. I look forward to trying some of the other new items.”

“Great great great service! Such a gentleman. The salesman who helped me was very genuine, very kind, and very respectful. He answered all my questions and had amazing recommendations. On top of that I asked him to please watch me get back to my car because there was a sketchy man standing right outside the store. I had refused to buy products for that man so I was scared for my safety to get back to my car. The salesman was gracious enough to see me get back in my car and drive off safely.
