“I've been a customer here for 3 years now and have had bad experiences with the workers in the past which made me stop coming. but lately decided to by after seeing the new layout. The prices, and updates of inventory have made it my favorite shop in the Northside. They have a very nice clean store, & are always stocked on my favorite blunts, wraps, & papers. Julio is the best worker they've had in a while he is always helpful and friendly! Really knows his flower and has the best recommendations. 5/5 will definitely be back.”

“Francois was amazing! We spent like a whole hour walking around the store and he was teaching me about so many different cigars. Such as Byron cigars… wow.
Not really a newbie but he still was able to tell me things I didn’t know about the industry.
The place was amazing, I bought a padron 1964 anniversary and a lot else lol but it was the best cigar I ever smoked by far. I’ll be sure to come back next time I’m in Chicago.”

“I was hired as a photographer to capture 2 birthday celebrations. It was my first time there. First of all, it's neat and clean, the men up front are very nice and professional. I am not a smoker so I became light headed and they offered me a seat outside of the smoker chambers, they provided me with soda and ibuprofen to take away my horrible headache and it worked! They communicated very well. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend any smoker to visit this location to relax (multiple tvs going at the same time in different rooms, the chairs were so plush and comfortable). Ventilation was decent, I was able to capture so many amazing photos of the staff and the birthday men! Thanks again.”
“Literally...favorite date spot or meeting up with friends. Amazing food, bar tenders are the best and super knowledgeable about the beers they serve! The owner, Ronnie, is truly one of a kind and an EPIC individual. Wings all day!! Monsger meatball Tuesdays (last Tuesday of the month) are so fun and an amazing way to end every month ! Toe.eye.ear merchandise avaliable is rad ! An awesome experience every time !”

“This is the original location ( they're second one is Albany Park smoke shop on Kedzie next to brown line ) it is a lot smaller then the other location but also very nice clean and always stocked. Both stores are open late and have some of the best customer service in town. Jimmy the new guy is very funny and always very helpful. Definitely will be back to both locations !”

“Really nice guys and they have what my husband has been hunting the city for. We used to drive to Skokie only because of taxes and it was the place my husband and I first bought our mods from when we started seriously vaping. Over the years stock and service forced us to start our search again! I guess they weren't opened yet because we googled a place pretty close and honestly got ripped off. It was weird because it was unexpected that the owner would do that to new customers spending a good amount of money and hearing we're looking for a new place. This place popped up on my next search and was not too far from the price we paid in Skokie you always gotta get hit by the city taxes but this place is much much closer. Nice stock from what we've seen and they have what we're looking for. Parking can get crazy but we've lived in this area for almost 17 years so we're used to it but it can get thunder dome-ish. We always get greeted and treated very kindly and are very happy to have found our new spot!”
