My dog loves boarding and daycare at Pet Emporium. I like that they have an outdoor space. Jenny used to be a vet tech and is very knowledgeable about dogs and cats and you can rest assured they are in good hands at Pet Emporium.

5 stars so far from just from reading thru the reviews and seeing how and when the groomer chose to respond. I have an appointment next week, and of course I read the reviews (all of them) before booking my appointment and deciding to trust my kids with a new groomer. I just want to say that, so far, Pet Emporium's replies to negative reviews is what made me decide to choose them. Reviews are very one sided and the fact that this establishment took the time to reply to negative reviews with their side of the story honestly makes me happy that decided to make my appointment.

Jenny I believe her name, is the groomer who said she nipped my dog in the chin because he was wiggly. I get home and look around see no marks on his chin but I see his tongue, much different than what it was before and it looks like the groomer cut his tongue with the Clippers. Very unprofessional for not even bringing it to my attention as this has become an issue.

My dog comes here regularly for a nail trim/file. No complaints on my end as they’re good at what they do. They try their best to get you in and out and for a reasonable price! I would recommend this establishment to others.

The specialist groomers at Pet Emporium are fantastic. I tried Pet Emporium for the first time 5 years ago while looking for a less chaotic, safe grooming option. They are that but also fantastic at their jobs and committed to positive experiences for the pups. I can't say enough positive things about them. Including a picture fresh from their appointment today.

Such a nice staff... They accommodate to my style perfectly and I have no idea What products they use... But my bernedoodle stays soft for so long after his grooming!

Most cat owners will agree that it’s not easy finding a cat groomer! I was on the search for a new groomer for our lovely orange tabby and Pet Emporium was very accommodating. They were able to fit us into their schedule within a few days after requesting an appointment via email. Gizmo’s new haircut looks great. The groomer did a fantastic job, and it was fairly priced. Gizmo will definitely be a regular here. Thank you ladies!

Professional and proficient. Answered the phone immediately when I called and were quick to answer my emails. No frills, no nonsense. Reasonable pricing. Brought my 3 years old Balinese kitty in for a trim and wash, and she looked great!

We took our 2 Scottish folds here for grooming, after picking them up we were happy until we noticed one of our cats couldn’t keep his eye opened. We called the groomer twice to ask if possible anything happened and both times they denied anything happened. We had to take him to the vet to find out he has a scratch on the surface of his eye that he did not have when we arrived. Very upset and sad our cat has to go through this. It’s even more upsetting the attitude that the groomers have when you try to communicate with them. Which you can see in the way they reply to their reviews.

This establishment deserves zero stars. Pet lovers please beware. My sons cat was groomed at Pet Emporium and was returned with a damaged eye. My son immediately took the cat to the vet and thankfully he's going to heal, but he also walked out with a $150 bill. Jenny Gonzalez who is the "owner" indicated via a telephone convo that she would reimburse my son once he circled back from the vet but that is untrue- nor has she made any attempt to reimburse or remedy the matter. She has responded unprofessionally, lacks compassion for the situation and is refusing to reimburse for the cost of the grooming and vet invoice. Her defensive response, her tone, lack of maturity, and lack of professional business etiquette is unacceptable and shameful. Jenny has been reported. Proceed with caution. Love your pet so much that you wouldn't think of putting them in harms way by avoiding this business.

Just picked up my two cats and noticed one of my cats can't keep his eye open.. I called asking if water might've gotten into his eye and they denied it saying they use muzzles on all animals, but my cats eye is clearly irritated from something..?? The eye keeps watering up and he can't keep it open. Emporium said they don't clean the cats face, but when I got both of my cats their faces were all wet. I ended up going to the vet the same day and my cat had a scratch on the surface of his left eye. Jenny tried to bribe me by saying take down the review and we will give you a credit, but I refused.. She was yelling on the phone with me about how the cat scratched his own eye.. Won't be coming back here and the attitude on Jenny was extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not come here if you care about your pets.

We’ve brought all of our Wheaten Terriers here over the years since the previous location and since the owner was just an employee. Facility seems clean. People and animals seem happy and kind. One time we had to go back because the face was crooked but otherwise no issues. We never request the traditional Wheaten cut, always the lower maintenance shorter more even cut. The dogs are back home now happy and tired.
