“I came to the Auto Care Center yesterday and was helped by one of the managers named Rodrigo. I was stressed out as my battery was bought two years ago and was no longer cranking my vehicle. He then informed me that I had a three year warranty on my car battery and he was able to test it and the machine he used said it was no good. Test only took like 5 minutes and he was able to exchange my battery for free since it was still under the warranty.
I want to give him a huge thanks for being patient and respectful towards me and if you plan to go there for service, ask for Rodrigo to help you out!”

“Nice and friendly owner that wants to help people and has his employees do the job fast. They only do oil changes and nothing else. If you need the oil change done quickly at a fair price, would come here. I am indifferent about the work that they do since it's just the oil and filter. If you go to a big box oil change place, they check on other things that you may not have thought of. The larger oil change place check for air tire pressure, engine air filter, interior car filter, automatic transmission fluid , brake fluid and more. If you don't know how to check those things, it is nice to have those checked out of you don't change your oil and filter often enough. Good to have reminders on these other car fluid checks on a regular basis. You can look at the check intervals on your car owners manual or looking online for those maintenance periods. I would visit them again if I need a quick change and no other maintenance checks are needed. This place is good for people that need oil changes when they need changes every month or two months of you are driving your car all the time.”

“These guys are a lifesaver! After a horrific experience with "Crystal's locksmith" services in Broadview, we had to bring our '99 GMC truck for a new steering column to fix the damages caused by the locksmith. Don and his guys have been the best. They gave us solid advice, got the truck in right away and were able to get the parts ordered quickly to service the vehicle. It's a work vehicle so time is of the essence as it had already been out of commission for 2 weeks, and they were on it. They have experience working on diesel trucks and we have been nothing short of impressed at how they have been able to help us during this frustrating time. We will be back for sure! “I am very pleased with the work that was done. I had a check engine light come on in my Jeep wrangler. Took it in and they were able to give me an estimate after going through the diagnostic. The cost was acceptable and the service was performed in a timely manner. I happy to say I passed the emissions test. Thank you everyone at parkview. Came out with a new cabin air filter along with a speedy oil change. They checked my lights and wipers which was cool. All the guys were great. Update 8/14/24: Another great experience as my car needed a tire fix after running over a screw which was causing air to leak. Brought it in about 15 minutes before they closed, it was ready the next day less than an hour after they opened. Same great experience with pricing. Thanks again.”
