“I brought in two IBM Correcting Selectric II typewriters that had not been used for quite a few years. They would turn on, but barely could type a few letters. They were gummed up pretty badly from lack of use. I didn't want to dispose of them. I loved them in high school typing class and I felt they were THE best typewriters ever made and wanted one so badly. I brought both of them to Wagner Office Machines. It took a few weeks; I wasn't in any hurry. When I picked them up, they looked brand new. They were thoroughly cleaned and lubricated. They both type beautifully. The keys are responsive, no lag or sticking whatsoever. They put in new ribbons. I have the same elements and they type perfectly. I type practice drills on them a few times a week to keep them "exercised" and in good working order. The key is, they said, to use them to keep them working. Thanks for the great service.”

“Seriously I have not seen anyone work this hard for a group of people (I counted 8) all at once in a very, very long time! Jacob in the print dept was giving each customer, including myself his undivided attention, support and knowledge. He was calm and thoughtful driving multiple pieces of equipment all at once, while still answering questions. He is truly an extraordinary example of service excellence. I’ll be sure to share this and more with his manager and corporate on Monday as well! Also Jett who was carrying the register the floor and walk-in questions was great!! Please OD give these guys a promotion a raise and another staff person! Despite how well they’re performing, stretching great talent like this isn’t sustainable. Local community peeps, If you’re in need of anything office or printing related in the area, go here!! 5 + stars! Bravo to these two great guys!!”
