They tried to add 250.00 saying that the hotel was charging it for disposal. Then showed up late to set up. Went to look at it and there was a chunk of dirt in middle of word. Now emailed and they are ghosting me

Nadeau's Ice Sculptures is the best in the business! I've seen their work at multiple events, and each time, I'm blown away by their talent. The ice sculptures are not only visually stunning but also last for hours, making them a fantastic addition to any celebration. I highly recommend Nadeau's for any special occasion!

Need dry ice for cold capping during Chemo? Max from Nadeau's is your man! Clearly going through Chemo isn't a great experience, but Max made sure to always have the large amounts of dry ice I needed so that I could focus on my healing (and save my hair)! I hope to never need dry ice from Max again, but I will definitely share his name with anyone going through the process!

I loved the ice sculpture they made for my event!!! Excellent quality, super artistic. The service they offer is definitely 5 stars. I had a problem with the address at the time of delivery and the owner contacted me personally and helped me solve it by bringing the ice sculpture to the new place himself. He installed it and the sculpture remained perfect throughout the event (more than 8 hours)!!!… Super recomendado / Highly recommended!!! ?

Instead of paying a zillion dollars for fairytale flowers or having a generic photo booth, consider getting an ice sculpture instead!We had a Nadeau's elephant ice sculpture for our downtown Chicago wedding and it was such a unique and memorable centerpiece of the entire event! It was beautifully constructed with trunk and foot up, as well as our initials etched in the middle. All of our guests were raving about how amazing it was and taking photos in front of it the whole night!Brenda at Nadeau's was so great to work with, we immediately clicked. She was super responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend going with Nadeau's and I can't wait for another excuse to order an ice sculpture for a special event!

The Nadeau team is top notch. And, their prices are very reasonable. Max provided perfect guidance on the right amount of dry ice and storage/handling to help ensure our event was perfect. A very friendly place too! While getting the dry ice, he gave me a quick tour and shared very interesting facts and history about the facility, ice-making process, and the surrounding area. I will definitely work with Nadeau’s again! They also have extensive ice sculpting services.

Nadeaus was so helpful in making an ice luge for my birthday party! They gave me all the information I needed to know over the phone, and gave me a tour of the facility when I picked it up. The luge was a hit at my party and so reasonably priced!

I highly recommend using Nadeau's Ice Sculptures! I sent a few pictures of what I had in mind and they did EXACTLY what I asked for. This was a great detail to our wedding. It definitely helped added to our theme.

Nadeau came through in the clutch! I spent weeks planning my wife's surprise 40th birthday parade/celebration but I still felt like something was missing. I was looking for the perfect statement piece and thought a beautiful ice sculpture might just be what I was looking for. I contacted Nadueau's the week of the event with my vision. Brenda worked with me to make it happen and it turned out more spectacular than I even imagined. It really was the talk of the party. Thank you Nadeau's!!!
