DO NOT COME HERE. overcharged bad service by the hispanic brunette chubby teenager girl here. she included an"insurance" charge i did not approve of!! spoke to 611 and everything was clarified. girl who works here doesnt know what she's doing and she's finessing customers.

Personally I have been in maybe over 20+ metro pcs shops in the last 2 years. I am use to bad customer service and the general idea that you get what you pay for. I have 8 lines of service with metro (i give all my solid employees a cellphone with unlimited data) so I can get in touch with them when needed and its a great gift for them. The lady at this particular MetroPCS was the only employee working on a Friday. Was able to activate all of my new 8 phones while also assisting the huge line of customers during my activation time. It was amazing to see most people in line wanted to pay their t-mobile bill (i get where they are coming from as the signs say MetroPCS by tmobile) and the employee had to explain to each person that metro had no connection with t mobile and couldn't assist them. Every customer basically cursed her out even though she had no control of the situation. She handled everyone in a great way and honestly I apologized to her that her manager or owner left her alone on a Friday at the end of the month with no assistance. I really recommend this metro spot n the employee girl who was working the evening of 4/30/2020

Plan details were not explained properly and ended up with 2 accounts and double money taken out of my account. When I asked about why there were 2 accounts I was told that was the only wY that it could have been done even though it was 3 numbers ported in. Still trying to get this resolved.
