I went into the store thinking I wanted one type of mattress, but after Shantelle had me lay on several, I found I didn’t want it after all. Selected one that worked well. Very helpful and friendly. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

Good stock, can get quickly anything not in stock. Can deliver. Salesman knew I’m his stuff — answered every question and offered more but not pushy. My mattress comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. What more could I ask for?

Shantell at Mattress Firm in Forest Park was super helpful! We were in and out with a great mattress, awesome sheets and pillows, and next-day delivery in about 90 minutes. It was a good experience, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a great new mattress.

I visited Mattress Firm today to purchase a new mattress for my elderly mom. Kim was very knowledgeable about their many mattress and base options. In addition, she had great tips on beds for elderly people (the bed height should allow them to place their feet flat on the floor and not force them to be on their tippy toes, which could contribute to a fall). Best part? I walked there from home because it's truly a neighborhood store...no need to drive to the mall.
