Wow! Never ever have I encountered such gross incompetence. Grabbing my money and running. Simple transactions can take over an hour. I literally worked with a banker for over an hour just to close out a small account. Giving B.O.B. a really bad name.

I am a white veteran who attended a lecture at Hines VA. The lecture was extremely prejudice and I was insulted by the content. Needless to say I would never consider doing business with such a blatantly bias organization. Shame on you

Love this bank Sabrina and Charles are wonderful and makes your banking experience go smoothly. Thank god Tomico is not there anymore, she was one rude person to seniors and her staff.
