I’ve been coming here for a long time and usually I would get a man to do my feet be cause they actually do the full service and f they don’t rush. But this time again I got a women and she rushed through the entire thing, was rough, I just feel if I’m paying for that I should get the full service.Service: Manicure

This salon's nail removal service was a complete disappointment. The technician seemed untrained and didn't know how to properly remove the nail extensions. As a result, the removal process was painful and damaging to my natural nails. The technician used excessive force and rough tools, leaving my nails weak and fragile. The overall experience was unpleasant and left me with regrets for getting nail extensions in the first place. I will never subject my nails to such a terrible removal process again.

I have been a loyal customer to Lee Nails for over a year. Lana normally does my nails. A few Fridays ago I made an appointment she was not there, I decided to go to Torri. I chose Torri because I have seen her do some beautiful nail art. However, I was appalled with Torri's attitude. She asked me if I'm Lana's customer why I choose her. Despite the rude remarks I ignored her because I was in a hurry. The second mishap was her telling me I have to cut my natural nail down for her to repair two of them. (Not true. Lana doesn't)The third and final straw was her leaving me in the middle of my service. Management's solution was I wait for someone else to finish my service. I explained to management my experience and their resolution still was I wait for someone else. So I left mid service, buffed with no acrylic laid. I was forced to go to another nail shop to have them finish the service at Orri started.Dear Management,It's one thing for an employee to have customer conflict it's another for you to be ok with the employee not finishing a service. Poor management produces poor employee work ethics.

It does not appear that thy clean at all. If you’re getting regular polish for your pedicure, expect to not have them dried with a fan. You just sit and wait until they are dry. The shop is quiet so that was a plus but it was not clean. The wait was about 20 minutes. I will never go back.Service: Pedicure

Use to love this place never had a problem with my nails until this time. I ALWAYS get no chip polish that is the only polish I use. My nails are chipping to the point I’m able to peel the polish off myself. UNACCEPTABLEService: Manicure

Had a pedicure. My feet were baby soft and my nails were trimmed to perfection. I like that the use disposable liners for the tubs and single use files, buffers and foot scrubbers. The pedicure implements came out of a sealed, sanitized bag. All in all a good experience.

I was not happy with the fact that when I had called to schedule an appointment I let them know I would need a soak off. The tech who worked on my nails tried to pop them off, which of course would cause damage to my real nails. He eventually did the soak off but he cut one of my nails too short in the process. He should not have tried to pop my nails off in the first place. They know this can be damaging to the nails.Service: Acrylic nails

The manager, Chris, of this nail salon is the worst!!! He doesn't know how to speak with customers and please don't break two nails....within days of getting them done. It will be your fault and they will want to charge you. The technicians are ok but the management and customer service will make you spend your money else where. Trust me, I did!
