First and only time I got an infection from a nail salon. 4 months later the nail is almost finally grown out. Don’t go to this place it is not sanitary.
Response: Clearly I went to your location. I wouldn’t get confused on what location gave me fungus. Goes to show how your establishment works blaming other nail salons for your faults.

I'm a regular customer. I love coming here. Tom always does my nails. He and Lanna always have me cracking up! Lanna also does a great job with nails and designs. Tim and Mai do an awesome job with pedis. Being a regular and being greeted by name feels good. Getting my nails and feet done is part of my self care routine and I enjoy it every time I come. I recommend making an appointment as they tend to get packed! I've got a couple more pics and videos of nails on my Instagram: @thenerdiestbee if you wanna see a few more designs I've gotten.
Stylist: Tom is my go to nail tech. He is so creative and always does a great job on my nails. I'm very indecisive and so I usually just give him a color(s) and/or a theme and he does his thing. Tim or Mai usually do my pedicures.

This is usually My fav place to come ‼️ However I got home from work and my NO CHIP polish is chipped bad like the whole last coat coming off. Should have just waited in the young guy who always does an awesome job. $50 just to come home to a waste of money No chip Polish just peeling ?

I have been a client of this establishment for years, even when they were under different management. I was always pleased with their service until recently. I went in for a gel fill in and about a week later, one nail broke. Honestly, I wasn't upset and didn't mind having to pay for the repair considering it was out of their "grace period ". I checked in, and informed the employee I needed 1 nail repaired. He welcomed me to have a seat in the waiting area. All the nail techs were busy with clients in their chairs, and I anticipated on being next whenever one of them was free. A lady came in after me and they called her to be next. I bought it to the employees attention and I was informed that I have to wait for the person that did my nails. I didn't understand his logic, all I needed was a repair. My regular nail tech was busy and also had another client right after that had an appointment, meaning I would be waiting for hours to get 1 nail repaired! There were plenty of techs available and I was still told I have to wait! I am aware of their policy about only doing repairs if you got serviced there. No where does it state that a repair can only be done by the person who did your nails! I went back and forth with the employee who in fact got kind of rude when I questioned the logic of that "rule". He mentioned that the manager usually does repairs, but he wasn't in that day. I was very disappointed, so much that I left without getting the nail repaired. I didn't feel that was fair to have to sit for hours because the initial person who did my nails, had to be the one to repair it. I have been a faithful customer to this establishment, I always tip well, because normally Im happy with my service. I am in the process of looking for another nail shop bc of this "policy ". who has hours to sit in a nail shop just to get 1 nail repaired? I felt my business was not valued and will take my business elsewhere.btw, Phillip and Tom are awesome!

I normally visit Lanna for my acrylic nails. She does AWESOME designs and I always receive compliments on my nails. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for. Won't go anywhere else for my nail extensions. :)
