UpdateJeff called on Friday and said the technician is going to need abt 5 hours to take my car apart so we were looking at $900 and he needed $400 from me. He would have more info for me on Tuesday because he was down a Technician due to one passing away - totally understandable. Tuesday comes and Jeff says the issue was my car was my fuse box wasn't put together properly which is really strange because the issue last week was that the technician needed more time because replacing the fuse didn't fix the issue and they still didn't know why the car wasn't starting. So he also proceeded to say whoever looked at my hoses may have created the problem. Incorrect again Jeff, my car was starting just fine before the hose broke which is why I declined the extra time to even check my starter. Now your technician changes my fuse, a fuse he deemed was the problem and when it wasn't the new problem somehow became my problem. WOW! So Jeff says it took the technician $1100 of labor to fix the problem (how when all he did was replace a faulty fuse box-I also know it didn't take him that long or that much of work because he didn't look at my car until Tuesday. Ok then when I asked him to break down the $1100 dollars of work he's claiming his technician did, he responds he had to take the whole car apart - really! He managed to take my car apart and put it back together in a few hours and then Jeff says because it took us some time we will give you a 50% discount and he'll just charge me $600. There was no discount to give because the technician didn't even do $600 so it was really all profit. Ok whatever to date they've had my car for almost 2 weeks. I requested they picked me up from the rental place but nope there Lyft link wasn't working and he couldn't send a driver to pick me up, so of course I again was understanding and said we could do it the next day being today 11/15. Do you think Jeff offered to take anything off for me having to keep the rental an extra day. Nope he didn't. That's not even the good part. After paying $600 for God knows what - I still don't know, which is why I filed a complaint with the BBB. Anywho after picking my vehicle up, in route home the coolant engine light came on so I immersed drove home and called the dealership and asked to speak with Jeff (remember originally they said my car wasn't starting due to a blown fuse and having no coolant - but they said fixed that problem and the car still wouldn't start) I said Jeff my coolant gauge just came on, I thought you put coolant in my car and do you know that nice man said VERBATIM "I did put coolant in the car just last night, I even spilled some on me as I was doing it" Well maybe ALL the coolant got on him because it was absolutely NONE in my coolant reservoir (I will upload a before and after photo). Jeff said my coolant hoses wasn't installed properly and that's why the gauge was coming on - another lie but again I digress. I drove my car to a mechanic and he said Yes sweetie your car is out of coolant and when he put some in there my car levels dropped from H closer to C, rectifying the problem. So not only is the Service center price gouging they also tried to sabotage my car and LIE about it. My neighbor and his wife expressed they had a similar experience with the Service center so I WILL NO LONGER VISIT THIS BUSINESS AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND YOU TO!!! PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION ON ANY WORK THEY RECOMMEND. DNT TRUST IT, ASK TO SPEAK TO JEFF'S Manager.

Best car buying experience that I have had by far! Jason Beltran is top notch! He had the Jeep that I was interested in pulled up to the front ready to test drive when I got to the dealership! I am a mom of 3 and had very limited time to car shop. Jesus was wonderful as well! I am VERY happy with my purchase! Go see Jason and Jesus at Hawk Chrysler, you will not be disappointed!

Worked with Brenda Jones at first, then with Jim Kinney and Jason Beltran, starting with text messages and phone calls from 350 miles away to buy a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Could not have been easier or more professional in any regard without me ever setting foot into their dealership. I was in Northern Wisconsin at the time, needing a new car, and they helped me find the right vehicle and assured me it would be available to me by the time I returned to the Chicago area a few days later. They gave me top dollar, more than I could’ve reasonably expected, on my trade. I made it to the dealership at 7:45 pm, minutes before they were to close, to finally purchase my vehicle. I was in and out in very little time and no one ever rushed me. They were welcoming and happy to assist. They made a purchase of this size seem so simple and yet each person I spoke with took the time to answer any question I had. Jason even anticipated a few questionsI probably should’ve asked but didn’t. He answered those informatively and with great patience. In 2014 I bought a new car from Hawk. The following year I purchased another vehicle from Hawk. I brought both vehicles to the service department at Hawk over the years. They have always treated me like a VIP. The service department manager Jerry saw that I am a loyal customer and offered me a discount on my last service. That's the Hawk difference. Soon I will be purchasing another vehicle there.

I went on for a simple oil change today around 6:35 am. I was told by the service advisor that the wait time may take up to two hours. We'll, I did not have to wait that long as my car was ready at 7:53am. Thank for the quick service.

Enrique helped me out when buying my Ram 1500. Great service and was very professional. He understands Spanish exceptionally not so fluent but can definitely help you out if you only speak Spanish. Make sure you ask for Enrique if interested in buying or leasing a vehicle.

I came in to get my Dodge Pro master serviced, the check brake light was onThey got me in right away, 15 minutes later someone from the service department came out and told me it was going to be $3000, I needed front and rear rotors and front and rear brake padsI was kind of stunned because I use my van primarily for work travel and I take very good care of it, so I was kind of shockedI told him I needed a second opinion, I was not prepared to spend $3000By the way, I was in the dealership one month before and spent 1000 on just Service work, because of the mileage, I changed all of the fluids, and what notI took my van to a brake repair shop. Without saying a word I simply told him I wanted to get my brakes checked. I was going on a long trip. The technician came out within a few minutes and told me the brake light was on because my emergency brake had been slightly pulled upHe then proceeded to put it up on the rack and came back a few minutes later telling me I needed front rotors and brake pads only. I asked him if he was 100% certain, he took me to the van and showed meIt was $1000 out the door.I try and give dealerships the benefit of doubt, big mistake here
