Me and my son has been coming here and this place is so unprofessional. It is impossible to call and get an answer. They give you an appointment and don’t call you to tell you that the ortho quit. My son has had his band on his teeth since July and no one is there to change them after he had an appointment to come in. Not only did they cancel his appointment without giving him another one due to the dentist quite. I had to basically tell them off to for someone to see my son. They aak him to come in Wednesday when he arrived the door was locked and the person was gone for the day. After someone told me she will be there until 6pm and it was 5:10pm. I do not recommend this dentist office and I will be making a complaint about this office.

I had a cleaning, crown, and several fillings at this dental office. I was very happy with the work of the dentist and hygienist. Really great quality of service!The reason for my 2 star review is that the admin staff cancelled my appointment 4 times (3 of which were day of the appointment). I realize that life happens, and sometimes the dental practice staff are not available and cancellations have to happen but this was a pretty poor experience for me as a customer. Two months passed between the first appointment that was canceled and the last. I know that running a dental practice is not easy, and the practice cancelling appointments is not the intention - but the outcome is what is important for customers.in my case, this was not time sensitive dental work but I know some people don’t have this luxury.

Been going here for about 5 years. It was good at first but now the place has gone downhill. Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. Even though I was going there regularly, they missed 2 cavities that I had that apparently have been there for a while and got really bad to the point where I may need a root canal on one tooth. Cannot recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this amazing place with very professional stuff an extremely knowledgeable. I brought my son for his braces almost a year ago and his orthodontist is awesome. My wife and I decided that this is going to be our new home for many years to come. Thanks again for the amazing job everyone is doing at this place.

I love the service and care that I receive from both the dentist and dental hygienist Shalonda! The receptionist and other staff are very friendly, professional, and provide a warm welcoming environment!

Toni, Briana, & Sholunda are the best !! Great office and environment. The Dentist is awesome with great Dental side manners and seem to really care about my comfort. And the rest of the staff is excellent too!!

Great first time experience. Staff friendly and professional. Talked me through the process. The pregnant scheduling receptionist was awesome. Dentist was kind and informative. The entire atmosphere (combination of everyone) made me at ease immediately and throughout. They work as a team. It has been about 5 years but I think I’ve found my permanent dentist.

I have been going here for a few years now and always have had great service. Shalonda is the best hygienist I’ve ever had and Bianca at the front desk has always been so helpful and sweet. Definitely recommend.
