I've called this location numerous times in 3 weeks and they never answer and then when you come the workers don't want to talk to customers this needs to change or there going to have me tell others it's not worth wasting their money here

This plays always seems to be busy and the car wash is quick and easy. I usually avoid these style of car wash as I’ve had issues with other auto washes with brushes scratch my car. Specifically the place just south of Crystal car wash, the nascar car wash off Harlem and cermak is terrible. Crystal car wash is easy keeps my car looking clean. ?

Car wash was fast and easy. The wash itself is not the greatest even at basic but can get the car decently cleaned. The issue is it doesn’t fully dry the car and there’s no towel service or anything even if you want to do it yourself. Once it is done, it spits you out basically into the road. Overall it’s best in the area though so what can you do….

Good car wash , powerful vacuums . Took off two stars because although there isn’t a rubber mat cleaner machine , they used to let customers use a handheld scrubbing brush and the faucet on the side to clean our mats but according to one of their workers they won’t let us use It anymore. My car is clean & vacuumed but my mats are muddy. Please fix this

They washed my car and there was dirt on the bottom of my car. They claim that it would cost more to get the tree sap off when it was regular dirt and they did not want to scrub it and off. With the prices they charge and the want a tip. Do ur job I do not recommend this place get and 8.00 car wash. Every one want you to patronize? There business but the don't do quality work for the price. One star rating.
