I bought a battery from Costco, not realizing that they don't install them. I went to multiple corporate places Firestone etc, and they don't put in customer bought parts! I'm so THANKFUL I found Bill's automotive shop, what a hidden GEM! Bill put my new battery in for me & in a jiffy! Thanks again Bill! Highly recommend! I'll definitely be back for other services!

Bill's a great guy, my car broke down about a mile from his shop the day before the 4th of July. He allowed me to bring it in, stored it at no cost and then promptly reached out after the weekend to give me an update before letting me know the next day it would be ready the following. Picked it up, no fuss no issues, very fair pricing, guaranteed warranty on the new battery and labor. Don't hesitate on him

Bill is great! Greased my door hinges without being asked AND didn't mention it much less charge for it. Takes good care of our vehicles. He sometimes gets busy so make an appointment or leave a message.

Bill was awesome. He came to PND to jump my vehicle. I drove my vehicle back to the Heights to his shop and he put in a new battery. Only charged me $40 for the service and I paid for a new battery on my own. This is a respectable business. He even checked my oil for free. Love this place

I've been taking my car here for years. Definitely reasonably priced and the guys are great. They get to know your car and figure out what's best for it as opposed to cars in general, which to me is more important than having my car fixed by someone who is quick as all hell to give it back to you.
