“Workers were nice and helpful. Wait time was longer than expected. I don't know if this department needed more staff but it could've gotten a lot quicker with more people helping. I usually go to one of these with an anticipation that the actual service for the car will take about an hour or two since there may be people in line. But this was an experience.... I've gone 2 more separate time after previous review. It has definitely improved. They added a text message service to alert when ready to pick up. Staff is attentive. Prices for service are no longer displayed.”
