“I came to the Auto Care Center yesterday and was helped by one of the managers named Rodrigo. I was stressed out as my battery was bought two years ago and was no longer cranking my vehicle. He then informed me that I had a three year warranty on my car battery and he was able to test it and the machine he used said it was no good. Test only took like 5 minutes and he was able to exchange my battery for free since it was still under the warranty.
I want to give him a huge thanks for being patient and respectful towards me and if you plan to go there for service, ask for Rodrigo to help you out!”
