I cannot verbalize the full trust of being in a crisis and being professionally cared for by experts, in office and garage, with full knowledge, answering all questions and explaining it in lay person terms!! I was able to breathe, leave my car and pick it up in no time! 100% faith! Thank God for these pros.....they still exist at ACTION!!! THANKS GUYS!!! ? ? ? ? ?

I'm not sure about their talents as a mechanics but I can say that they regularly park their customer's vehicles on our main street because he doesn't manage his business properly.

Terrible customer service! I brought my truck back to them 3 times within a year, The owner Joe told me never wants to see my car again, even though it was all covered under their warranty! Rude and unprofessional shop! Not to mention the shop is a disaster, no wonder they make so many mistakes!Service: Transmission

After failing emissions due to a trans temperature sensor, I'm glad I came to business. These are the nicest group of guys I've ever interacted with for any type of repair. I took my car here 3/21/23 and talked with Mike the owner's son. I told him my regular mechanic was a week (located in Elmhurst) out and I needed something sooner. He told me they were NOT out a week and he'd call me by days end, he didn't. I visited the following day since they're a stone throw away. He said I could bring my car in a week later! I did so this morning 3/28/23 at 8:30 am and I asked what his schedule was like. Mike told me they had 1 car to finish & I'd be next. At 3 pm I walked over since I'd received no call, I was told that they tested it but that they couldn't determine the exact problem and wanted to keep it for more testing. The problem is they were working on OTHER cars when I arrived and this guy had nothing but BS excuses telling me they didn't want to just start replacing parts, and that 1 of them cost $200 like that would be some sort of deterent or reason for not going forward with the repair! I'm not sure if he's infering that I couldn't afford it or if he's just incompetent. Either way I'm very disappointed given that I live right next door & I'm in need of a local mechanic.

Excellent Service been doing Buisness with them for 30 years. There's nothing they can't fix, and the owner Joe Labadessa is one of the nicest people I've ever had to work for me

Very unhappy with the communication and time I wasted just to have service not done. I gave my car's year model and make beforehand and Joe said he could do it. I find out a week and half later that he can't deal with the programming and codes on a 2006 mercedes and that I should take it to the dealership. Terrible service, wasted time towing my car there and then to another transmission place with nothing done.Service: Transmission
