7/11 are always going to be a 7/11. It's the owner/managers that bring bad vibes to a store. You know 7/11 have a certain quality of items no matter who or where that 7/11 is. I Love 7/11 for that reason. They always have certain items. And all the new 7/11 product are amazing. They are grade A+ quality items put in 7/11 bags. Great Store

Store a complete disgrace trash all over bathroom dirty floor sticky pumps without paper what is the point to pay at pump and still have to go inside for the receipt was told by cashier if I don't like it shop somewhere else. Really? Field consult came out of backroom and told me to leave or she was going to call the cops and then told me to go f____ my mother. Great business don't shop here.

I walked to this location to purchase 3 items- one being a Twix. I then took the long way home to get some movement in after sitting at a desk working all day. When I returned home, I removed my items from the bag to enjoy my cold drink and Twix. My Twix was not in the bag.I returned to the store within 30 minutes to retrieve my Twix. I told the worker that my Twix was not in the bag. He said that it had been too long since I left and he was not the worker at the time. I presented my receipt - the worker began screaming at me and being aggressive. He claimed that I had visited the store in the morning.I showed him on the receipt that I left at 10:54 p.m., it was 11:06 p.m. I told him that he helped me while I was there. He screamed saying look up there, do you see a Twix. I asked him to not yell at me. It’s late at night and I wouldn’t have walked all the way back there to steal a $2.29 Twix- I just want what I paid for. He continued screaming and calling me a liar. He said to hold on that he would check the camera. I told him that would be fine - that the bag broke when I made it home and that there is a possibility that the Twix fell through the bottom of the bag while I was waking home, but I’d like to see.He helped a customer, then walked to the candy bar isle and grabbed a king sized Twix. As he was waking back, I told him that I bought a regular sized, not a king (honesty is important to me, bc karma is real). He began yelling at me again saying see - do you see a Twix up there.The next customer said come on man just give her the Twix, she shops here all the time. He handed me the Twix- then told me that I’m a liar. Apparently- $2.29 is a fortune. This isn’t the first time I’ve been treated poorly at this location - but it’s for sure the last. I can’t help but wonder if the poor customer service has something to do with my race.

They accused my husband of stealing because he was browsing around for items. They told him they didn't have an item he was looking for (he found it, the hummus crackers I like) and they were out of stock for another item he gets from there regularly too. It is so dehumanizing to go to a store you regularly visit and be accused of stealing because you're having problems finding something. Next time try asking if the person needs help, work on your customer service skills.

Arabic/Indian looking guy should be fired. Didn’t help with gas pump and claimed I stole $1.75 for air pump WHICH IS CLEARLY SEEN ON CAMERA WHEN THEY WERE PLACED (( IF THE CAMERAS EVEN FUNCTION)) I have iPhone 12 Pro Max, I don’t steal. Check CAMERAS to whoever reads these complains.
