“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is our second year coming to this establishment for prom dresses. We purchased a dress last year as well, which was just as much success as this year. The staff is PHENOMENAL, and make the girls shopping for dresses feel safe and comfortable. As a mother, this is a huge relief. They are extremely attentive and very personable. They even have an alternation specialist available for dress alterations. We found the perfect dress for Senior prom all thanks to the amazing staff. This is the only shop I personally will continue to recommend even in the future for other parents. Highly Highly recommend!!!!!!!”

“My daughter had such a wonderful time shopping with Lupita. My daughter tried on a Champagne color prom gown that was beautiful on her. She helped with the fitting with the gown to get the right size when it comes. She got shoes and an a purse that will go perfect with her prom gown and accessories. Lupita was so kind and very tentative to my daughter. I will update once she receives it.”

“I would have given 5 stars but the dressing room clerk had a totally inappropriate altercation with a customer (not part of my party). Management handled the disgruntled customer appropriately, but not the employee. The employee continued to use profanity and loudly state that she would not apologize to the customer.”

“As usual, I always find very nice clothing, great prices especially when thy have the door buster sales. I always save a lot and get more items for less. The savings are really great. My aunt and I went shopping at jcpenny in riveroaks shopping mall on Mother's Day, and we got so many bargains that we were just excited we were able to get everything we wanted and then some. I also got an extra percentage off by having a JCPENNY card. I'm pleased ?”

“Ordered the new iconic jeggings online and they fit like a glove(not OJs...a little Sunday humor)! They cancelled an online order bcuz of course I ordered another pair of each color...these are some good fitting pants and I want to have em beyond this yr! So I went into the store to see if they had more in store and they did. The young lady that helped me via phone AND when I got there (the one on 159th in Markham) was a doll!! Kind and courteous on the phone and when I went in! Even tho my ordered was cancelled she helped settle my spirit of having to go in and they DID have them in store!”
