The people are nice and can be efficient, but to hear foul language from the doctor and the nurses is sad. They didn’t seem to know what a shunt series was even though they got it done. This place gives U of C a bad name.

Was surprised how happy I was with an urgent care visit here with my toddler. The staff and nurses were fast, kind and the doctor (Dr Bradley Hulten) had amazing bedside manner and listened to us. Never WANT to make an urgent care visit, but for the next one we will be going here again.

All of the staff in urgent care were nice but the ER doctors are rude and lack humanity. Especially Doctor Morrows.
