Really wanted to support this “Family Auto Repair” since I live not even 2 minutes away but i’m not sure why the website says you’re open at 8 if nobody is going to answer the phone or come to the door. I waited 2 hours, called again, went back and still no answer. There was someone inside yet nobody ever came to the door. Very unprofessional

A week and a half ago called the shop to get a quoute on replacing my coolant overflow tank on my audi, the young lady ask for my phone # I gave it to her incidentaly its a 773# she became hesitant and then she ask for my address, I then told her I have my own part at which point she says they don't accept outside parts because of warranty issues, I said fine, I will return the part but I would still like to bring the car in for service, she brushed me off by saying I will call you back. I think I think these people are selective in who they serve and if you are from a different area from them and sounds different then no service, this very prevelent in the south suburbs.

I’m so glad I finally went to Flossmoor Family Auto. I was having issues with my AC and kept also saying my cars engine temp gets all wonky too and every other mechanic I took it too never could fix the issue. This went on for 4 summers. Turns out I needed a new radiator. Everyone else only ever looked at the AC. Flossmoor Family looked at the whole picture. I only take my car to them now.

It's a good auto repair shop. I have been taking the cars here for many years. Some of the auto service prices are kind of high, depending on the service.
