I dislike this place so much they have nasty panties and cloths under the changing table in the bathroom what they put on the kids. The assistant director doesn’t know how to communicate to people and also when kids get hurt they don’t do anything but meetings.the camera are not video recording or audio so u have to watch all to be sure something happen the recording is live stream.

I enrolled my son in COA last year and I can honestly say that I am pleased to have him in a wonderful daycare. Since enrolling him in the preschool 2b class my son has been excelling in such a great way. He is learning a lot, his manners are improving and he is even working on potty training. Ms. Tyra has been a great help since enrolling my son and so has the rest of the staff there. I am happy that he is in a great environment and I look forward to what’s in store for me and my son during his time at COA.

So today I go pick my infant up from school, I walk in the classroom the thermostat says 63 degrees!! Mind you it’s 20 degrees outside. It is always cold in this classroom!! I am wondering why my son can’t shake this cold, well now I know why. The ladies that work in the room said it’s the coldest room in the school. If this issue isn’t fixed and soon my son will be removed from this school.. Other than that I have no problem with this school.

My girls have learned so much in the year they have been in COA. My 11month old is counting to 3, saying part of her ABC’s and saying peek a boo amongst other things! The staff is always friendly and the girls are always excited to see their friends and teachers when they are dropped off.

My son has been with COA for almost a year and his growth thus far has been phenomenal. He has been thriving academically, socially and physically. The staff at COA are always extremely pleasant all the time. The teachers teach the children coping mechanisms that help the children better eliminate behavior that toddlers normally exhibit.COA has fostered an environment that nurtures my son and encourages routine as well as imagination and creativity. There is never an idle moment for the children. My son has learned how to be independent, patient and even helpful around the house. My family and I are eternally grateful for the job that COA has done for my son and we plan to keep him in COA until he ages out completely. Children of America is hands down the absolute best!

I absolutely love this center! The teachers are so caring and provide great activities! You can log in and see a live video feed of your child anytime throughout the day. They have so much fun a learn a lot! Take a look at the center and meet the wonderful people and see for yourself. Thank you Children of America for all that you do!

Please let this be a warning out there to parents that are currently evaluating daycares. Children of America Flossmoor is not the location for you if you are interested in your hard-earned money funding more than babysitting services. We enrolled our daughter in September of this year because of the program they boast which placed an emphasis on early childhood development. Our number one focus was to ensure that our child was properly engaged and stimulated to optimize the most critical years of her development. Well, COA failed miserably. On day 1 we witnessed (via live video feed) the babies wondering around with little to no adult interaction all afternoon -4 plus hours!! The teachers were mostly chatting with each other. On day 2, after my husband gave them feedback, they interacted with the children in the morning but then I watched them strap my daughter in a seat and leave her immobile for almost 4 hours. I had to call the director and ask that she be allowed to move around. Also, she came home that day with a scratch on her face!!! We promptly removed her from that facility and here we are more than 2 months later in receipt of a letter threatening to send our account to collections. We more than paid for the time she spent there, but apparently they charge a 2 week notice fee of more than $500!!! There are better options out there. Save your money and your sanity.UPDATE: the customer care department of COA has satisfactorily resolved the billing issue mentioned above. The representative I spoke with, Amanda, was very helpful and professional.

Teachers are fantastic and truly care about our kid. The administration is poor. They have messed up charges quite a bit. If stay on them, they fix. We Love that the building is so secure and you can see your kid on camera to check in on them. If you can deal with the administrative issues, then you will probably find it acceptable.

My 2 year old loves it , good staff to child ratio, not sure why people had bed experience here. I had to move my child from another day care and can say for fact that this school is way better. Teachers actually spend their time here educating kids, giving kids attention that they need.

At one point this school was aswesome. My children were nutured and truly loved. The school provided a safe clean environment for my daughter for the last 6 years. However recently teachers have overstepped boundaries by having inappropriate contact and relationships with parents- that is not condusice to a wholesome safe learning environment . They lack wholesome family values and morals. The child to teacher ratio is out of balance at times. However in this area other daycares are much worse.
