This company does NOT value the individuals they service! As disabled Veteran I qualifed for a program which had ran out due me not being notified (not Wabash fault) What is Wabash fault specifically Kristy is that would Not discount 9 dollars to a disabled Veteran til the recertification the following month. I believe 9 dollars to Wabash is not a big deal, but to a person living on set income in todays economy it is which is the reason I qualified for the program to begin

I was in a bind and needed a piece picked up 20 minutes before closing. I called Amy found a technician got it picked up and handled it all without asking another question. The internet speed was great while I lived there.

Really really bad customer service, they don't know what their doing and then they make it out to be your fault. Their only in business because their the only company in certain areas, if you can get someone else it's probably best to go that route.

Internet constantly goes out. Can't ever get through to anyone. Today, we were on hold longer than the outage lasted. When it works it's okay, but 2/5 times it doesn't work, hence the rating.

This place get our bills messed up a lot more than I can remember. They are rude on the phone and in the office. Website never lets us log in have to call every time. Internet usually goes out on the weekends or you have lots of connection issues. 1/2 star..... Save your self the hassle and look elsewhere!

This place has messed up the last 3months of my bills trying to over charge me. They also tried to charge me for a service fee where everyone in the area was having issues all of which were waved except this last bill they said I did not come into the office to pay when i know i was id like to watch the video film myself!! Also internet likes to mess up after hours. I wouldnt recommend this place if someone tried to pay me im looking into other options now. Ladies are also pretty rude in the office and on the phone this AM one just went silent and quit talking.
