I ordered from work on the app 20 minutes in advance before for lunch ( i have a hour long lunch) and i get there and I’m waiting and the guy comes up and said they don’t have the thin crust like i’d ordered i say that’s fine but they serve about 5 pick ups before they say me tell me why it takes 40 minutes on top of the prior 20 minutes to prep because i had ordered in advance I have to go straight back to work having no lunch i had paid for if I could i’d leave no stars but atleast i got my pizza for later

I was in Casey's all day delivering pizzas for-door Dash every time I was in there it was a 30 to 45 minute wait and the last time I went in I was talking to another doordasher and one of the guys that was making the pizzas lectured me about being respectful even though I was not saying anything to him I asked him if he had a problem and he started screaming at me as I told him I was leaving the store he said I don't care if you report me to the manager when it takes this long to make pizzas on the weekends when I'm on a time limit for doordash it downgrades my ratings I did report it to doordash as well as I'm going to report it to the manager Monday morning because I tried to call tonight and he was no longer at the store

There’s literally never anything in the warmers. Ever. They may put something out once a day, but that’s pretty much it. Plus, even on days there’s an issue like a boil order, they just shut down instead of running food though the oven that can. Poor management for sure.

I would not recommend pizza from here. I ordered online so that it would be ready when I got to town but it was not even close to being ready. Then when I opened them they looked terrible. One was a sloppy mess and the other was burnt on top and undercooked on bottom. And unfortunately this is just one of many bad experiences at this location.

I went to Casey’s in Flora Illinois at about 530 this morning. I was greeted at the door by a young man I wish I had got his name.He was younger with dreadlocks but a very interesting person.This young man went out of his way to explain to me the breakfast pizzas and their ingredients.He explained which were the Bacon and the sausage.I want to say that I have not witnessed such courtesy and in-depth customer service in a very long time.This young man has The communication skills that are seldom seen especially in the retail markets.Not only would I recommend a pay increase for this gentleman but I would also tell management at the upper levels to keep their eyes on him because he may be moving up quickly.This is the most satisfying experience I have had had at Casey’s. Big thumbs up, the service was great and so was the breakfast pizza. Total satisfaction.

Arrived in town at hotel. Several other places offering delivery were NOT. Casey's was admittedly only option...However!!! SERVED HOT, ACCURATE, TIMELY, TASTY pizza was delicious. THANK YOU for your straightforward system of ordering, timing, and delivery. No surprises and hot TASTY food.

Do not order pizza from here. I ordered 2 large pizzas and they arrived picked apart and literally thrown into different boxes. It looked like a toddler had prepared this order. When I called, there was no apology, no acknowledgement of the terrible job they did and in fact, they told me that’s just how they do things. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA from here. We have lots of other great options in town.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 large pizzas and an order of cheesesticks from here yesterday (10/14/21). They delivered them in 5 medium pizza boxes with the pizza just thrown into the boxes and sauce packets scattered. It looked liked my 1 year old had gotten into it and messed it all up. When I called up there to complain, there was no acknowledgement of the issue, no apology, etc. And the pizza was all cold. Absolutely ridiculous to spend $50 on food just for it to show up picked apart and literally thrown around. AVOID! We have MUCH better options here.
