$75/month and I usually end up with 2-3Mbps download speeds…. Need a person say more?? BSpeedy definitely uses the “up to X speeds” to their benefits. Should say, “You’d be lucky to get half this speed most hours of the day, may reach up to this speed during non peak hours a few times a year”.. Fortunately for them they know most of us have no other option.

Absolutely terrible internet. If I could select 0 stars I would. Cant watch a movie the whole way through or even get anything to load on my phone. My high speed data bills are going up because I can’t ever do anything connected to the WiFi. Would not recommend to anyone.

Service isn’t very good. They slow down your speeds at night and in the morning hours so slow that it can’t even play a 240p video on YouTube. Have had nothing but issues.

This company is top notch for an internet provider! I personally have had no issues with customer support. In fact Rickie handled my questions and concerns professionally and timely. Do not let a few bad eggs ruin your opinion of this great service and value!

The speed of internet is not fast even tho I have fastest package. Only 1 using it and tv still will not work right. Been customer off and on for long time. Always been this way

After calling to make an appointment, about one week later thier techs came to my house to install the new RF internet.The team were responsive to my recommendations and desires. Within one hour we were up and running!The only disappointment I had was related to the times. I was asked the questions of the day because of the virus. They were "Safe" to show up to work. However, the techs did not wear masks or gloves. They were in and out of my house and close to me to sign the paperwork... then off to next appointment...So, what is wrong with this picture?Bspeedy needs to keep people safe as well as their employees.Procedures need to be altered.

I have had my wireless internet for approx. 12 years now. It started with Kaizen, then mid 2013 brought out by bspeedy. overall up until 2016 the service was 3 stars, it served my purposes, 2016 I needed a little more bandwidth however there were problems with the service, I will say that during that time even though it was frustrating Ricki Hickox got it lined out and for the past 4 years I have had exceptional internet service. I could count on one hand the issues that I had with the service through that time. All I had to do was email support and Ricki would respond and the issue would be corrected. Over the past month or so the speed I am supposed to be getting has dripped from 5meg down to only about 2meg down. Its not an all day issue but it is not good. I emailed support as always and expected that I would receive an email from Ricki that the issue had been fixed. To my surprise I now have my emails replied to by some Rdnlap. Of course the response I get is "we don't see an issue", give us a call and we will see if we can troubleshoot whats wrong. aka its not us its you. I am less than happy with bspeedy at this point in time and have decided that they no longer care about fixing issues, so i decided to procure another internet service proveder (not satellite), just finished installation today 3/27/20. Will be trial running it over the next few weeks and most likely will be terminating my account with bspeedy. Its a shame really, it has been a good run.Jeff Spitz
