Had a water leak from our softener, wife called, owner said he was busy and he would call right back. 24 hours later, no call, so my wife called again....same conversation. Waited 2 weeks and still no check in. We canceled and switched companies. If you are considering this company, I'd recommend finding someone else.

They have been really good to us and worked with us. He knows what he is doing on his stuff. I really recommend them if you need someone. Very pleasant people. You won't have no complaints on anything. You guys do an awsome job. Thank you for everything you do They keep in contact when they able to come. We are very understanding with them. We have been with them for years. They are the best we really recommend them. You will be very pleased with the work they do thank you for everything you do.

McKinley Water Conditioning was recommended to us by a close friend. We are pleased with our water filtration system that was installed. Their staff is friendly and helpful! Any questions or concerns I have had get answered quickly, they even sent out a technician to teach me how to change the filter. Thank you for such great customer service!

Mckinley installed our Kinetico water conditioning system 30 years ago and their service over the years has been outstanding in every way. We have unusually high iron content in our water and their system works very well to control the iron. I highly recommend McKinley.
