My experience was horrible. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I informed him that I would arrive to his shop closer toward their closing hours and asked if he could give me a curiosity 10 minutes to receive my vehicle (since I had to Uber to the shop) . He stated “if you are not here by 3:30pm, you will have to wait until tomorrow. I’m not having my guy wait any longer and I don’t care who is bringing you, get here by 3:30pm and that’s that” and hung up the phone on me. I called back and he answered and quickly hung up the phone. I arrived at the shop at 3:28pm and he would not answer the phone nor the door. I had to wait until the next day to pick up my car. The worst service I ever experienced.

Walter's did an amazing job after I hit a deer. No problems whatsoever weeks later. Customer service was excellent. Will do business here again.

Great service and coordination between me and my insurance company. Very good at communicating any issues that affected the timeliness of repair completion like availability of parts.Will definitely use this company for future repairs.

I do NOT recommend this shop they are very bad at getting you updates my insurance claim was from back in February of 2023 and they have yet to fix my truck they say they put new parts on my truck and they didn't NOT

My hubby backed our truck into a tree and this place was on the list of recommended repair places. He managed to damage the fender, bumper tailgate all in one fell swoop and the tail light was destroyed. Because of the angle of his adventure, it took longer than expected to fix. They initially were going to bend it out but it wouldn't hold the tail light so they replaced the entire fender. They also touched up a couple of other small spots that I had pointed out to them. They kept me up to date as they worked on it and the final result is awesome. I asked the tech I picked it up from about doing some additional things and he was very helpful on DIY options for my little task.

Always professional and they do a excellent job. Outside of making sure you vehicle is returned to you in equal or better shape than before the service was needed, they communicate with you throughout the while process and the customer is priority #1.Services: Painting

excellent customer service. I was involved in a hit and run with damage all down the side of my car and was in bad shape After being repaired it doesn't even look like its been in a collision Nathan kept me informed through out the entire repair process and my car looks beautiful definitely wont be going anywhere else for automotive work these guys are top notch

Beware of this business! This family owned business is a scam and fraud. They charge $600 for a 1/4 mile tow. Employee Nathan was very rude and unprofessional. Acted like a maniac. He wanted cash only and he refused to release my vehicle unless I paid for his parking lot. Nathan acted ignorant and hostile. Do not patronize this place.
