They don’t know or won’t to know the online promotions, So they can charge you more. No phone is free, have to take there 36 mo expensive plain and still not free. Worst customer service and rude employees. Really not there to help!

to not be aware of that. I’m a customer that needs help, not attitude. I don’t understand the egos behind some of the reps that work here.

Very nice people there. But they ordered a replacement phone when I needed a replacement watch. Which resulted in 1.5 hrs on the phone and 4 different people ....when I noticed the email when I got home. Then... after canceling the phone and ordering a replacement watch...yes, 4 different people and 1.5 hrs on the phone...they still sent the replacement phone. Now I gotta figure out how to find free time to deal with it all over again. Ahhhh but...I will say the reps I talked to on the phone were the nicest reps I have ever experienced dealing with any phone call. So that was helpful. Ha ha

We got same-day service with only a short wait. Our representative was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was able to give us quotes so we were able to choose what plan might fit our finances. Unfortunately, the company sale did not apply as we understood the online advertising so we left without any new deals.

Excellent customer service! Ken got our phones up and running and took care of any issues we had. One of the nicest techs we've ever dealt with. We definitely recommend this branch.

Highly upset about losing all of my information. Jim said it was going to show up later even after I said that’s not how it usually goes but he said it would well he was wrong and now I have lost information and turned in my old phone smh

Horrible service at the Verizon store in Fairview Heights, IL. After an online order mix-up, I had to address it at this particular location. While they exchanged my phone, they mistakenly placed both the new and incorrect phones in my Verizon box that I brought in. I realized this only when I reached home, and with no direct store phone line, communication was difficult. I did attempt to call, but I was connected to a 3rd party call center that wouldn't relay the message or direct connect me to the store. Once the store realized what they had done, their immediate reaction made me feel as if I had done wrong, even though it was their oversight. Via text messages, they were expecting me to drop my weekend plans to resolve their issue. They even threatened to charge me for their error unless I returned it promptly (they did put a balance on my account!). Despite my attempts to request a call with a manager, there was no response. Per their request, I took time out of my schedule and arrived promptly at 10am on Monday, only to be kept waiting for over an hour without meeting the manager and watching other customers walk in, get support and walk out. After speaking up to a front end staff worker about what the issue was and why I was waiting so long, they went to the back (to talk to manager) and walked back with the new phone and stated the manager would not meet with me. I had to request for a receipt showing that my charge was cleared, otherwise they did not offer to provide that. It's concerning to see such a lack of leadership especially when you've boarderline harassed a customer for their own mistake. This store responded to this review with "we are going to look in to this and work on improving these issues" is really unnecessary and honestly a typical "blow off" response to your customers. Owners of this Verizon store, I would encourage you to take a deeper dive into your management, as they set the climate for the rest of the employees which trickle down to poor customer service. Possibly, this might not be a priority for you as you know this is the store all the surrounding satellite stores have to refer customers to when it is outside of their scope, so what does customer service matter, right? POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, be cautious; this experience made me question their commitment to loyal clients and overall customer support.

Absolute WORST. I went in and was promised a promotion and it never went on my account. I was charged 100$ over the quoted value and now stuck paying 75$ more a month, and no one answered the phone. T-Mobile at least owned up to their flaws... Verizon just tries to screw you no matter what.

Live and own a business in Chicago suburbs, have 1 employee remote in St. Louis area. Wanted to upgrade his phone and asked my Biz Rep for assistance She sent my employee to this store and they said his name is not on the account they would not do anything. My rep placed a note on the account that employee had approval to upgrade phone, nope they even suggested the Biz Rep did not work at a Company Store. He told them to call me, nope they only work with in person customers! Store Manager, call me when you read this. Or call Claudia at Joliet company store and explain why my employee was treated with such disrespect.

SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! Talk about an illegal scam this place runs. So they let you start service and get $4000 in devices. But provide the worst customer service ever and most incompetent workers known to man. So you try to cancel service within the 30 days. And wait now the accounts frozen. No one knows what is going on. Wait . Wait. Wait. Is all I am told. BEWARE OF VERIZON. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERSI just wanted to add to this. This location is such garbage. It is one of those situations where you look these people in their eyes and you can tell there is nothing there. Nothing. Long story short, if you see this anyone just know that Verizon wireless is a scam company and if you are a manager that is seeing this, you need to switch jobs. This is the worst company in America. One of my biggest mistakes in life is ever switching to this place. I plan on taking this place to court. They are nothing but scammers. They will not allow me to return my products within my 30 days
