Rob is great. Love Rob, very kind and helpful. A few of the others, not so much, they are rather condescending to me. These people work in “customer service” and seem to not be aware of that. I’m a customer that needs help, not attitude. I don’t understand the egos behind some of the reps that work here.

We got same-day service with only a short wait. Our representative was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was able to give us quotes so we were able to choose what plan might fit our finances. Unfortunately, the company sale did not apply as we understood the online advertising so we left without any new deals.
