“I stay at holiday inns 95% of the time while traveling and have found some excellent and some are nothing special. Well this was nothing special, service was not the normal. She wasn’t friendly like most are pretty much checked me in and didn’t even say anything else I had to ask her questions like do I get my point for being a reward member like they normally just ask me what I would like (they points, breakfast a snack etc..) where the elevators are, the pool, gym, etc. the room was a little musty but I was so tired I just passed out. It’s not a bad place but also nothing special.
Rooms: Smelled musty. The lobby and hallways was warm too. Seems like there trying to save electricity”
“I would like to first start by saying that Sunnie and Valerie are two of the most professional people I have met. From the day I reached out to them communication was great. They both listened to my vision, asked questions, responded timely to emails and was patient when I had changes.Not only was my vision executed to perfection but the additional details that Sunie and Valerie added to incorporate my daughter’s personality was top tier. Her Sweet 16 was a priceless moment that even brought tears to her eyes when she walked in to see the final results.I can’t thank them enough for giving me a piece of mind during the entire process and I look forward to booking at their venue for future events. “The Grand U was a perfect location for Project Compassion's fundraiser.The space was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed.Our Caterer had plenty of space to spread out and serve meals.There wasn't anything we needed that The Grand U team didn't provide.The level of professionalism from start to finish is worth 5-stars alone.You won't regret allowing them to host your next event.”

“My son held his retirement ceremony here. The wait catering staff were really sweet, and accommodating. It was a morning ceremony, everything was setup for social distancing. Large spacious room.”
“I was at the U for several events. Seeing the outside of the building gave me an “awe” feeling. Inside , the brightness of everything drew my attention. Other attractions were the wall decor, the beautiful clean restroom and the sparkling chandelier. I had a wonderful experience and with no doubt I would return again.”

“We needed a venue in a very short time (4 days) and Tim went out of his way to accommodate us. He was very flexible as we couldn't give much of an estimate regarding attendance. The venue was just just the right size and much classier than the back room of a bar or tables squeezed together in a restaurant. The food was delicious and ready when we got there. The service was excellent. And the price was very reasonable. If you are looking for a place to have any kind of social affair we highly recommend you visit Tim at Bellecourt.”

They were available anytime we called or emailed, they never made us feel rushed, and paid attention to detail. Everything was great from beginning to end. “I attended the Sunday evening bingo. The upstairs is the only place open for bingo. No food is offered. I enjoyed the games and the employees and players are friendly. They are only offering bingo every other Sunday night to get a handle on the number of players that will attend. Hopefully they will resume it every week. If you attend bring you own food and snacks. The offer fountain drinks and some alcohol I believe.”

“The lady and man at the front desk was very nice. The swimming pool was clean however it could be a little warmer. The storms made the power go off for a short second and it was kind of scary but it came right back on. I felt sorry for the lady at front desk b c all the computers was off and they would not reboot so she could sell stuff from the store or check more people in. The breakfast was good and ladies were very friendly. They need hair dryers in the rooms though and there wasn't one. The guy checking people out was nice also. The bed was very soft and cozy.”
“My husband and I enjoyed a date night- free from our children- while enjoying the entire vibe! We had pizza, wings, and drinks. We also enjoyed the axe throwing. Unfortunately, the pool table was crowded but we absolutely loved our visit!”
“This place is lovely! The wine was fantastic and so was the food! We did a food and wine tasting the Lamb and Beef were cooked perfectly. It was a great day and the staff were warm and gracious.”

“The fish was very good and Shrimp were huge. Very satisfied with the food but Lint is not a good time to go. Stood in line to order 45 minutes and received food an hour after that. Very busy!!”
