This place is absolutely pathetic and the lady working there right now the black woman with the dreads on Tuesday August 13th at 12:48 is so incredibly rude.
She literally says little things to try to get a negative reaction from you.
She leaves out information to tell you at the end so there's a problem and she looks for a problem on everything.
Every single person in front of me was literally scared there was going to be a problem because she was being so negative.
She just needs to go home she's pathetic she don't know how to talk to people she don't know how to work with the public, she's incredibly rude and condescending as could be.

Mail doesn't even deliver til after 7pm most days. It's been over 4 business days of no mail being delivered but informed delivery showing we should have mail.

What the hell happened to this place? I used to frequent this location over 10 years ago and it was always perfect. I waited several minutes for anyone to even see me in the place and then take her sweet time getting her register even ready. Geez

Stopped at this post office on 4/24/2024 at approximately 3:45. I was informed that the postal worker was taking care of his last customer and thar the front end would be closed at 4:00pm. I could use the Dutch Hollow location because they were open until 6:30pm. Shameful, since the hours for this store are until 5:00pm.

Just don’t. Go somewhere else. I mean they’re all bad, but this one is worse lol.5 people in line and only one register open while you have multiple people in the back just socializing. You can hear it easily, they don’t even try to hide it. Two people in line in front of me and it took 30 minutes to ship a package.They don’t even try to hurry. Absurd.They need to take the sign down that says “customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.”No one has ever been satisfied at this place. What a joke.

I am writing a review because I mailed my friend a birthday card with a gift card in it on January 29th, 2024. I handed it to the mail clerk, and she felt the card, and stamped it. I asked her why did she stamped it because no one has ever stamped my birthday cards with gift cards before. Funny my friend has yet to receive her card, so where is it? Lesson learned, I will never send gift cards in cards anymore especially to that location.

I got here 14 minutes before they closed on Sat and the bald worker with glasses was extremely rude to me. He informed me that the person in line in front of me was the last one he was going to serve even though at that point they still had 13 minutes until closing. I am heavily pregnant, and only had a babysitter for a short amount of time. I explained that I had everything packaged up with the addresses on them and all he had to do was run my card. Instead, he told me to wait as long as I wanted that he wouldn’t serve me. When I said, I was going to complain he said he “provided excellent customer service” , what a joke!

Said no access to my delivery location. There must have been an invisible fence closing my road because my mailbox and patio were very clearly able to hold a small package. Lazy people work here!

I wish I could give negative stars. Never any workers. Pick their hours as they choose with no notice and not matching online hours. Rude employees when there are any. Avoid this place at all costs.
