I went to Top Nails with two of my daughters and my 8 year old granddaughter for pedicures. Tommy was awesome, but I don't know the name of the woman who did my daughters and granddaughters pedi's. The woman who did my granddaughters was told NOT to use gel polish, but she did anyway and put sparkles on her toes, on her own accord, which I was told by another worker and after I paid, should have been free for kids. I was charged $30 for my granddaughters pedi for something I didn't ask for. It should have been $10 for what I wanted for her. I also kept my composure when another worker tried to be funny saying, \\\"Don't be mad at your granddaughter,\\\" while also being over charged $5 for my pedi, no gel. The total was $100. I didn't make a fuss, but I did question the prices. I just wanted us to relax before we attended a home going for my father in law and I didn't want to be more upset. Please be advised about prices before you get service and don't allow anyone to do whatever they want and you pay for it. I didn't have the time or headspace to go back and forth., but it won't happen again. .

Needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!! Will be calling and reporting them to state board! Went in for a full set short square white tips. The man did and awful job!!! My right hand was short and my left hand was long! I told him my nails were longer and he said he will file it but it’s not longer. As he was filing the left hand I checked the right hand and 3 of my nails were filed at an angle. I said sir these are at an angle. he said it was my finger and got mad a started cutting the nails and forced me to soak them off and PUT ME OUT!!!! Never have I been treated so poorly because of someone else mistake!! He filed my cuticles talking the nails off and told me it was my fault and said I had to go!!! They have a dog in there and it looks like they may live there. It was sheet and on everything. I’m very polite and respectful but he was so rude I had to post my review soon as I got to my car. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. My nails look horrible and they aren't even a week old. Now my thumb has a big boil on it.

Got exactly what I wanted!I went back the next day because I had chipped my nail (my fault!) And it was fixed with no issue.

Absolutely horrible. The man and lady are nice people but very unprofessional. He kept trying to tell me what color I was going to get and needed. He was working on me and another lady at the same time. I told them the issues after and they tried to convince me they were fine. Very upsetting.Service: Acrylic nails

Nice people. Terrible work. The place was not clean. My toe nails were poorly painted and they did not shape them. I watched them take the same utensils used on my feet and literally rinse them off in the sink and throw them in a bucket. I hate to leave such a review but I wish I knew before I went and spent $$$ for a manicure and pedicure. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to be honest.

This is the WORST nail salon EVER!!!!!!!!! How are they still in business?! No refunds??? Yeah, probably because everyone wants a refund!!! It's so, so bad!!!!!

the man is so rude there is a reason for his sign “no refunds” because as soon as you look at your nails that is what you ask for. And him and his wife love talking about other nail places that are near the location. NEVER GOING BACK EVER!
