“Best US Bank I have been too as far as customer service. They are on point. I wish more people were as friendly and sincere. You can tell they really care about their customers and really take out the time to make sure each one of us are helped. Now us bank as a bank is the worse bank. They are charging us over and over again for things we have paid for and we have had many problems with them shuffling our money. Customer service is great but My Husband and I are leaving Us Bank.”

“upon opening the door I had been helped and was in an office being assisted within 3 minutes of arriving, fixed my problem and got me a new debit card on the spot , I know, impressive right? Agreed! Nice to be able to speak in person to an actual person still, not a given any longer with all Banking Institutions.
