Great place , make probably the best boots I've put on my feet hands down. Just need to bring the 2218 Black logger boot back , THE BOOT THAT WON THE WAR , now that was a great boot. Going to give the 2217 a run , nice fitting comfortable boot .

Fantastic customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Franklin, he was welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure I got the right boot that met my needs. Not a pushy salesman. I wasn't sure what to expect from this store because it was my first time in, but Franklin put my worries to rest and he's the reason I'll be back for future purchases. 5 stars! Thank you!

Was closed am hour early even the door sign and the Internet said open till four we arrived at three we came from Alton this is not the first time this particular store has given us problems either we tried to order a pair of boots through them because they didn't have his size in store so we had them order them and paid for them in store then they were never delivered I would steer clear if I was you....

Went to buy my son steel toed boots for mechanic school, the customer service representative was knowledgeable about the differences between the types of toes and what my son would actually need for his job. My son & I were very happy with the service and warranties this brand offers! Will definitely buy here again!
