Had a trip planned to Mexico on Friday and needed a hair cut, usually have Stephanie cut my hair before I go and she does a good job but she wasn’t available so I rolled the dice and got Ava, she was very nice and explained that I wanted it close on the sides and a little off the top, sides looked ok but she absolutely butchered the top. So now I have to go on vacation with a jacked up hair cut. Guess ball caps for the next couple of weeks.

I have Murl as my stylist, and he is FANTASTIC!! Every time I go he listens to everything I’m looking for. I am a natural brunette and have been bleaching my hair for 7+ years, and out of those 7+ years Murl has been the best stylist by far. My first appointment he listened to me and what I wanted and he did everything we talked about PERFECTLY! I highly recommend him to anyone, especially anyone looking for a balayage or lightening service!

Horrible experience! I booked an appt over the phone. It was for an all over color. I made sure to verify the price before I came in for my appointment. I was told that for my hair length and a level 1 stylist, an all over color would be $90. When I went in for my appointment I had explained to the stylist the color that I would like for my hair. I explained to the stylist that I do not want my hair dark just a light chocolate brown color I showed her photos and she even brought out swatches. I ended up going with a lighter swatch that she showed me. After she put the color on my hair and rinsed it out, I immediately noticed my hair was such a dark brown it looked black. I told the stylist I was concerned that it was too dark and she said it looks like that because my hair was wet. She said to let her dry it and it will immediately lighten up. So she dried my hair completely and it was still so dark it looked black. I again told her that it was way too dark and that’s not what I asked for. She proceeded to tell me to sit in the sun and wash my hair a bunch of times and then it will lighten up, I told her that I should not have to do that. She just gave me a look and walked me to the register to pay. The lady at the register clearly heard our conversation and could see the look on my face like I was about to cry but with a rude attitude said my total was $155. I was so shocked the price went from $90 to $155. I asked her why the price was so high. She proceeded to say that I was charged and extra $55 to have 2 inches trimmed off my hair. I had explained to her that no one told me that when I called to book the appointment that it would cost $55 extra to have my hair trimmed. She said that all cuts are that price. I told her I didn’t ask for a cut or a trim, I just wanted color and the stylist asked me in the chair if I wanted her to trim a couple inches off my hair and that I assumed it came with the color because no one told me it cost extra and I didn’t ask for it, the stylist offered to trim my hair not explaining it would cost more. The receptionist gave me a snotty look and ignored my concerns so I just paid and walked out crying. I was so embarrassed at how dark my hair is. I will post pictures for reference so you can see what I am talking about.

Stevie is the literal best. I will leave a review every time because she's just that good! The pain is always minimal and it's over quick. If you're hesitant about transitioning from shaving to waxing I'd 1000% suggest Stevie as your esthy bestie!

Raushel is awesome! She is so patient and made my very difficult request happen! She’s extremely talented and knew exactly how to handle my crazy thick, wavy, color treated hair. Highly recommend Raushel.
Requested style: I had mid-back / long length hair and requested an above the shoulders cut that could accommodate my natural wave with little to no effort and to thin / texturize my hair to remove weight.
Hair type: VERY Thick but fine hair with a natural wave and naturally graying with added color treatments.
Stylist: Raushel is an expert! She’s amazing.
