I absolutely love this branch, all of their employees are friendly & knowledgeable, the manager is always helpful, she knows how to set up everything fast, I was in a jam & needed to get my money out for an emergency situation that came up & Amber made it so easy for me to go & handle my business that day, what more can I say ? So here is a big thank you to all of you, you truly help your customers & meet their needs so they can thrive & keep their business with PNC !! I Appreciate you all so much ?

Terrible customer service. Says wait time is 5 minutes end up waiting 20 just to be hung up on. Would never recommend PNC bank for anything after what I have experienced with them.

Very unprofessional, the bank manager here is a complete joke. And racist she put a hold on my account because I had over 2,0000 in my account and ask to withdraw my money. she claims they couldn’t verify my funds.

Went to open a new account, their customer service was terrible! My appointment was for 10 am with Tom and not only was I ignored but the utter lack of care, for my time I left after 45 mins. And no they were not busy. I’ll keep my money and banking elsewhere. Left disgusted and appalled!

AMBER IS THE WORST, NOT A VERY NICE PERSON.WENT TO CASH A CHECK ON THEIR BANK. FIRST SAID THE SIGNATURE WASN'T CORRECT,SO I HAD THE PERSON THAT WROTE THE CHECK CALL THE BANK AKA AMBER , SHE THAN OK'S THE CHECK. AND TURNS THE TABLES 130.00 TO CASH IT! WHAT A SCAM I WISH NOTHING BUT BAD THINGS FOR THE PEOPLE AT PNC YEP AMBER

Do Not even waste your time with this Bank, I just called about a business account and Not one employee knows anything about it , the only one that knows is the manager and the Manager is Never Available always in a meeting , My Business is about Customer service and i refuse to do business with anyone who isn't on the same level or who can't provide the same service.

One star is too many for this branch. They play games with funds. Delay funds on purpose, Refuse to provide information to other banks when moving money out of pnc so they can hold the money longer. Too busy to wait on you knowing you are moving money but will wait on customers out of turn that they know.

I always have a great experience at this branch, which is where we opened our account. The staff are alway very friendly, personable, and professional. I am there frequently, and I have never had a not good experience. I recommend it highly. I know all the staff by name, and they are always anxious and willing to help with any of my financial needs.
