Kenny Laufer did an amazing job with us. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was appropriate, high-quality and properly fitted. He also took time to explain each component to ensure compliance and understanding. He had a great bedside manner with our client. The first time I came to see Jon at his office I broke down crying! I have had some bad Drs & the man who amputated my leg was a horrible person. Jon offered me hope & kindness. I’m still not walking but that’s nothing on Jon & staff! It’s my neuromas in my residual limb/my stump ?. As soon as I get some help to fix that problem (spinal cord stimulator) I will be back in his office finding my life again.If you want someone who really & truly cares about YOU as a person & not YOU as a ways to make money then this is your man!I can never say enough kind things about him. His professionalism is top quality & he as a man & human being is First Class all the way!!P & O Prosthetics is the only place I would ever use or recommend!Good luck out there guys cause our trip up is difficult enough without having the right people in your corner?

I am referred to P & O through the VA. I am type 2 diabetic, I come to get shoes and custom inserts. The techs are really knowledgeable, they make sure that your shoes fit good. I really like the office staff, very polite and professional ??

Wonderful staff. Knowledge of your personal situation, compassionate yet matter of fact about the importance of the use and care of your needs.The brace is made so well and the comfort is amazing. My friend said it most be I haven't heard you complain.My primary care Dr was so impressed by the quality of my brace she requested your company information for future recommendations.
