I love Marshall’s, usually. But the customer service here is horrendous. The cashier said one of the shirts I got was tagged wrong and was not $4, she called for a price check and she started yelling and getting aggravated with the person on the other side of the headset. I told her it was fine, just take it off. She was not friendly whatsoever and acted like she didnt want to be there. We got to the car and she did not take it off and rang up another item twice, over charging us for $20. Had to drag my kids back in and get it fixed.. no apology or any words at all for that matter.

The woman who is named Olga doesn’t wash her hands in the bathroom so if you shop in her department then you need to take sanitizer with you.

I LOVVEEE the ladies working here. They are full of energy, & more than willing to help either on the phone, and in person. Very clean store. However, I went during the week, before 5.
Although their prices are higher than Ross, I’d come shop again just based off the attentive customer service.

I have been to a lot of these stores and this one was immaculately clean, organized, and well stocked on a Thursday morning. I left with a lot of skincare that I use regularly. Love the CosRx products and they had quite a few of my favorites. It's not necessarily cheaper than it is elsewhere but it's not more expensive either. I will go out of my way to come back to this location. Loved it!
