I love mac the products but the workers needs customer service I called asking about the walk up make up I was told it's free wit a minimum 60$ purchase I get to the store first I was told she couldn't do it bc she was there by herself then I was told to come back at 7 wen she was free I come back at 7 she tell me she booked for the day So that's false advertising how do u offer walk up service if u have clients booked???
